Across the places on this map. Booking sites charged 26,000–90,000 ฿ for the same month in the places we could price.

Budget on top of rent

Electricity is the big extra. The places here charge 6–9 ฿ per unit; with air-con every night in the hot season (March–May) that adds up to several thousand baht.
Water is usually a flat 100–300 ฿ a month; wifi is free in most of these buildings.
Move-in: expect a deposit of 1–2 months plus the first month, paid up front.
