Monthly rentals in Nimman

Nimman is the area most people mean when they search for a monthly rental in Chiang Mai, and it has the most places on this site: 11 of 22. Six are serviced apartments, four are apartments and one is a hotel with a monthly package. Starting prices run from 3,500 baht a month at Ruean Rampha (air-con room, minimum lease six months) and 4,000 baht at Jatuporn Apartment near MAYA, where fan rooms start at 2,200 baht, up to 29,700 baht for the monthly package at R1 Nimman Hotel. Most places sit between 5,000 and 14,500 baht. Where sizes are published, rooms range from 24 m² standard rooms at The Dome Residence to 70 m² two-bedroom units at The Mirror and Residence SG; 35 to 40 m² studios and one-bedrooms are the most common size. Electricity is usually billed on top at 6 to 8 baht per unit, plus a flat or per-person water fee, and deposits range from 3,000 baht to two months' rent. Three places have a pool (The Cosy Huay Kaew, The Greenery Landmark, Yantarasri at Nimman). Five of the 11 are not listed on booking sites at all, and four are much cheaper booked direct. Aircraft landing at CNX from the north descend over parts of the area, so each listing shows its modelled noise level. Residence SG is in Chang Phueak, 2 to 3 km north, but is grouped here because most renters compare it with Nimman.
