Hotels in Chiang Mai with monthly rates

Many Chiang Mai hotels quietly offer a monthly rate that you will not find on booking sites, where a four-week stay is either impossible or priced as 28 separate nights. This site lists five. The Pacific Cool Chic, a 70-room hotel just north of the moat with a pool and covered parking, charges 6,500 baht a month for a 32 m² room if you stay at least three months; Booking.com showed 40,698 baht for 28 nights in December 2026. Tadkham Village, a quiet 30-room hotel near Chiang Mai Gate, quotes 10,000 baht with water, electricity, internet and cleaning included. Four O'clock Hotel near the university, now marketed online as Kyoto Great Hotel, quoted 14,300 baht for a 25 m² studio including bills and Hub53 coworking. Himku Hotel, an adults-only boutique hotel by Tha Phae Gate, costs 18,000 baht for a 30 m² room, booked monthly through Airbnb. R1 Nimman Hotel has a 29,700 baht monthly package with fitness room, rooftop, kitchenettes and bicycles. Hotel rates are more likely to include cleaning and bills than apartment rents, but kitchens are rare, so check what each quote covers.
