Coliving combines a private room with shared workspace, kitchen or lounge and, in most cases, a community of other remote workers. Prices usually include bills, which makes them easier to compare than apartment rents. This site lists two coliving spaces with very different price levels. Hub53 on Canal Road in Suthep has eight room types from 9 to 25 m². The smallest, a 9 m² twin with shared bathroom, costs 12,500 baht a month; rooms with private bathroom start at 13,500 baht, and the 25 m² King room costs 23,000 baht. Water, electricity and the 24-hour coworking space downstairs are included. Monthly rates only run from 1 March to 30 September; from October to February Hub53 takes nightly and weekly bookings. Expedia showed 34,980 baht for 28 nights in December 2026 and January 2027. The Social Club, beside the west moat of the Old City, rents private 21 m² rooms with a desk for 28,500 to 33,000 baht, including bills, weekly cleaning, a 24-hour hot desk, unlimited coffee and social events. It is often fully booked weeks ahead, has no phone, and requires full prepayment through its website.
